i deactivated my facebook account due to personal issues now when try to login it says confirm your mobile phone no. and when i click on resend confirmation code it says please enter a valid email or mobile phone no. or when i click on enter code it says trouble updating your email address . before deactivating it works fine and also i was reciving messeges notification and other thing on my moble phone no. this id is all i ve got i need to recover it at any cost

At the time you deactivated, facebook sent one email.Check for that in your inbox.If you find that you can easily login.
