Facebook Push Notifications stopped working? iPhone 4?

All facebook push notifications are selected on my phone, in the account settings they are all checked but since yesterday i stopped receiving notifications, i usually get notifications when someone messages me or comment on a post or whatever. Has anyone else faced this problem the last few days? Cuz everything is checked in the facebook setting and my iPhone settings, is it something wrong with the facebook at the moment or am i the only one having the problem right now?

yes. mine stopped, and havent worked since, no matter what i do, i ever restarted my iphone to factory, and it still does it. maybe its the app itself? its annoying cause i like my notifications. hope this helps

Yes same here. I am so frustrated with this. Glad to see I'm not the only one. I tried everything but nothing works so far. Even restored my iphone 5 to factory setting but nothing seems to work. Hope this is just a sever issue with Facebook. I want my push notifications back

PS: found a fix: "If I had to guess, did you guys had facebook messenger installed on your iphone? If you did, it's more likely that is causing the problem, because once i installed it, i stopped receiving notifications, but it kept going like that even after i deleted it. So here's what i did to fix it.
On a computer, open facebook on your account and in the search bar, type facebook,
Select first, facebook for iphone... Then on the right side, click Remove.
This will log you out of your app.

Next, do the same but choose facebook messenger for iphone this time.... And Remove it too.

Now, log in back to your facebook app, and all notifications will work out just fine.

Now let's hope they make better apps next time instead of focusing on putting new features .-.

Yes I have the same issue and I have no notifications unless its people pming me then I see the little number next to the app but that's it. I also have no sound. This just started today for me. I researched and tried all the fixes people suggested and nothing =/. I got the 4s, my husband has the 5, and my friend has an ipad 2 and all of ours do not work. I guess this is going around and it sucks =/. I temporally am using this app called Facely HD until the FB app does a bug fix update and it works just as good as the FB app. for now. Good luck and Ill let you know if I hear anything, please do the same.

Yeah,mine stopped like a week ago and tryed everything you said but doesn't work.. I receive notifications from all other apps so it's a FB problem,hope it gets fixed soon
