Could she be mad at me?

I have this lady friend that I met at a church group. We have this activity called mass and dinner. After mass was over I happened to see my coworker there. My coworker said that I talk about her all the time when I introduced him to her but she invited him to join our group. So after that I introduced her to my coworker. After that she offered to drive me to the restaurant which I took the offer. The evening went normal and my lady friend was being her normal self. The next day I saw her mother and brother at the store I work at. After work I went home to message her on Facebook. When I tried to message her I found that I was unfriended and blocked. At the next meeting I had with the group I said hello to her and she said hello back. When she wasn't talking to anyone I approached her and said that I saw her mother and brother at the store and that I tried to message her but I was blocked. She looked a little puzzled on how that could be. She did say she would look into it. After the presentation was over she came to my table and asked how I was doing. I told a few people the story and most of the people said that is great. One person I spoke to about it said it can't be right. Could she be mad at me?

She's telling you lies.
You've done something to upset her because only she could block you.
She's acting like a little child....I wouldn't bother with her in the future,she's not worthy of your friendship.
