I am Korean and I can't understand so much english. Can somebody make it simpler?

They are saying that you don't know how to talk to people unless it is on the internet. You sound weird or awkward in person when around real people. So they are telling you to try and make friends and work on this problem by using the internet only for homework/school.

They also said you need to learn how to talk to real people before you can talk to a future girlfriend/boyfriend.

ok the above statement says - you need to meet more people, talk to others more openly or positively. you need to improve on how you talk with others and reply to their questions. also you need to learn how to be happy and funny within a group of friends or family.
