Review Master Survey Pop-Up?

Every time I open a program such as Instagram [desktop version] or Wikipedia on the Google Chrome web browser, a new tab opens asking me to complete a Review Master Survey.

Please can somebody advise how I stop this happening?

If this is a virus or some kind of malware, please can advice be given as to removing it?

I noticed this, too and was having trouble finding the source of the issue. I ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and it found

C:\ProgramData\RHelpers\ChromeHelper\ChromeHelper.exe (PUP.Optional.SearchDonkey.A)
C:\ProgramData\RHelpers\IeHelper\IeHelper.exe (PUP.Optional.SearchDonkey.A)
C:\ProgramData\RHelpers\FirefoxHelper\FirefoxHelper.exe (PUP.Optional.SearchDonkey.A)
C:\ProgramData\InternetUpdater\InternetUpdaterService.exe (PUP.Optional.InternetUpdater.A)
C:\ProgramData\Updater\updater.exe (Trojan.Agent)

Also in the ProgramData folder was a folder called "Websteroids" which appeared once as a game overlayed on the webpage, until I killed the addon in Chrome. It may have been present in IE and FireFox still, but I almost never use either of them.
