Facebook notification help?

I dont get notifications when someone comments on my status or a status i commented on. Its been like this since i pressed "Hide all" when i was getting notified for someone's stupid status i commented on. I tryed doing what people told me, pressing account settings/ my account/ notification/ then going to wall comments. Both are checked. Idk whats wrong, help

well that shoulda worked but try this.login to facebook and click on your notifications tab in the bottom right corner. click see all and it should bring you to your notifications page. on the right side of the page should be a list of shown notifications. at the top is recieved and sent by me, click those. see if this works for ya.
