If you got a private message or a wall post claiming to tell you that somebody was viewing/stalking your profile... **RED FLAG ALERT** That is a *PHISHING SCAM*. DO NOT click on that link, or you will end up getting your account compromised by a fake login page that looks like facebook's official login, but is not on "https://www.facebook.com/", or you will be taken to a *ROGUE APP* which will spam every single one of your friends.

That Notification is False its A App Trying to Get you to Sign Up That Claims That It Can Know Who Looks At your Profile Those Apps Are False and Fake and Dont Work Nobody Can Find Out Who Views Whos Profile

Yes, it might be the case. FB usually suggests friends based on common connections. Also sometimes if someone visits your profile, they show up in your notification as suggested friends.
