How to tell my friends I'm moving?
I know this is such a stupid question, but I really don't know how to do it. I found out the beginning of winter break and didn't feel as though it was right to tell them over text. I'm moving at the end of the month when our semester ends. In the end of my junior year with friends I've had since 6th grade I know it's going to be hard. I've moved before (a lot when I was a kid) but this seems different, I have friends that who will genuinely miss me. My best friend is going though a lot of stuff and she told me she can't wait to see me Monday because I always help her when she needs someone. I don't want to add more hardship to her. How should i tell her and my other friends that lm moving across the state in just three short weeks? (Also, none of my friends are big texter or social media type kids...so stay in touch seems hard...)

Throw a going away party.
Get them all together as a group and break the news at once.
Take a blank shirt and write "I'm moving to [insert town name] on [date]. I'll miss you"
Write them a letter.
Call them on the phone.
Write it on the board in their class rooms.
Text them or send them a social media message.
Give them all cupcakes that say "I'll miss you" and tell them you're moving as you give them a cupcake.
Get custom made fortune cookies and the fortune reads "Someone close to you is moving away soon."
Make an announcement on the school PA system.
Send them a singing candygram.
Write them a song.

Honestly, the best way would be to gather everyone up and just spill the news. It won't be easy, but you have to do it. Your best friend can call you when she needs your support. Or Skype. Or google+ hangout. Or a dozen other things. It's easy to keep in touch. Good luck sweetie!
