Would I be sued if I copied a gameshow?

Basically me and a group of people want to film ourselves doing a gameshow so that we can raise money. The problem is we have completely copied the concept of an already existing gameshow.

We aren't going to air what we film on TV. It's just going to be private between us and a community (although it may be shown on a facebook page)

Are we allowed or will we get sued for copyright?
