This security system of FB, she'll never pass. Even if she knew them, this account has been compromised and it won't work again so I'd suggest you to tell her to create a new account and don't do this same mistake again.

first stop saying its your friend profile, anyone can easily identify that YOUR profile is stopped by Facebook and not your friends. It happens when you add people who dont have any links with you, FB considers it as spam and block your FB account. FB has a very smart software which identifies suspcious and unwanted activities in your account. better you wait for some time or else delete your account and open a new one and yaa dont repeat the mistake again.
