How to make a page on facebook!?

How do I make a page on facebook? I am selling things and I want people to know about it so I am putting up a facebook page. Any one know how?

First log out of facebook. Then on the home page there is a big thing that says "Sign up its free". Look under all that sign up stuff and it says "create a page"
