Try e-mailing facebook and backing up that your sister is your sister if you can.

There's no way of removing the profile yourslef, but report the person to Facebook and they should get to it at some point.

Like the below responses you cannot remove someones profile. The only thing you can do is by reporting the profile.

On the left hand corner below on the profile it says. "Report profile" and then you must enter why you are reporting it. It is not guaranteed that facebook will take action. So you will just have to wait.

You should do three (3) things:

1. Go to the fake profile and click on "Report/Block This Person" (note that selecting Impersonating someone I know is currently not working on Facebook), so use "Not a real person" instead.

2. Fill out the Facebook TOS reporting form:

In "Steps to reproduce the problem" put "Fake profile impersonating http://your_sisters_real_profile"

3. Add the fake profile to the list of fake profiles here:
