I can't follow anyone on instagram!!!!!!!?And I'm only following 76 people?
When i click the follow button it turns green for only a moment, and then it turns back blue. Its really frustrating and i'm only following 76 people. I just clicked the follow and unfollow button on a celebrities account for about a minute, and then i can't follow anyone. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's an issue with the site itself and you can try contacting the staff there and report the problem
