why can't i create a new facebook account?

I deactivated an account and I tried making a new one with a new email and I get this error saying " It looks like your account is not real. " and blah blah blah and its asking for me to punch in a code and enter my number...

WTF is up with that? Facebook doesn't need my number. screw them.

If you have an iPod, create a Text+/Text Plus account. It will give you a free number that you can use for the registration.

first open an email account, then go facebook.com and open new account. if got any problem, i think maybe have your connection/technical problem. try again and again..

you can create your facebook account by using other email id

You have delete your browser and again download a new browser then you try for create a new account. You also clear the history / cokes from your browser.
