Would u want someone disrespecting you behind your back and if someone else knew about it would u want them to tell you. My brother in law works with someone who is basically, being a douchebag to him and his family. Has joined up with the boss to basically humiliate this person gets on his social media to fish for what he can find to take it to the boss. Calls the boss up to talk crap on my brother in law. I called the boss (my husband) bout an hour ago and I heard this female voice from an app. Come to find out the coworker had changed the app so every time the our brother in law texted it sounded female. Wth? This guy is about 40 years old and he's acing like that I'm about to slip up and say something at a family get together I can't stand cowards or two faced people and that is just childish as hell what do you guys think?

Your question doesn't make sense. The boss is your husband and your bil is your sister's husband, who works for your husband? Why would be douche be at your family get togethers?

If someone is checking on another person on social media, the person being looked at should quit using social media or be very careful about what they post.
