Follow promoters (the ppl that r like "if u follow me ill give u 300 followers" they wont do that but they'll follow back) when someone follows you give them a shoutout, follow more ppl, ask pple to follow you back, and angain give lots of shout outs. The more ppl you follow, the more ppl will follow you

ask your followers for shout outs. they'll tweet about you and hopefully people will start following you back. Ask some of your followers for follow backs hopefully they'll say yes. |
