What are some ways I can advertise my new magazine?

I have a new magazine that just launched called True2U (I am not trying to advertise, but here is the link for more information: http://true2umagazine.com ). But, I am having some trouble getting it out there and making the community aware of it. And while I want to raise awareness, I also want to raise subscription revenue. Any advertising and marketing suggestions?

I've already done the whole Facebook/Twitter thing. I also posted an ad on craigslist, and am working on putting out flyers. Anyone have any other fresh suggestions? Thanks for the help and support!
