I don't have a twitter or a myspace so I can't say that I do.

And 'Google' is a shortened, altered version of the word "Googolplex" which is essentially a very large number.

Myspace seems obvious-- they're trying to make you feel like the place is personalized by calling it YOUR space.

Twitter's origins: "...we came across the word 'twitter', and it was just perfect. The definition was 'a short burst of inconsequential information,' and 'chirps from birds'. And that's exactly what the product was."

Yahoo stands for: "Yet Another Hierarchical Officious Oracle." It is said that they picked it because of it's actual definition, however, which is something along the terms of "rude" or "uncouth." Not sure why they'd want to name their site after that, but there you go.
