You can use a social media exchange site like http://www.socialclerks.com/ - its basically an exact exchange between users of the popular social media networks, like twitter, facebook, youtube, etc.

I doubt you will end up with as many followers as Lady Gaga but you can always have more followers then your friends will ever have.
