Do you get upset if someone doesn't confirm your facebook friend request?

Hi there, I was just curious how people would feel if their facebook request wasn't approved. I use facebook only to dicuss projects with team members and my friend list is empty, some people do send me requests but i never approve or confirms them, i just kinda leave it there.

I wonder if anyone is hurt by this?

If you use facebook account for a business or a job purpose you should always accept requests of those people related to your task but if your fb account shows your name and picture to your friends then it may be unethical to not let them in.

I will feel bad if my fast friend don't accept my request.
