This is the best you can do.

1. Sign in
2. Click here
http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/privacy/?view=profile
3. Under friends, select who you want to be able to view your friends,
the most restricted is 'Just friends"
4. You can then select customise and choose which people you wish to not be able to view your friends.

That's as good as you can get..
