Alright, I looked it up. This happened like, a week ago, so I don't think it has anything to do with today's big crash....

Basically the Beacon thing was "an invasion of privacy" and the users freaked. and When people freak, they sue.

No I haven't received this message from Facebook and I have been on Facebook twice today. I would be cautious about clicking on that link until you hear if this is legitimate.
