Why won't my post on a facebook page's wall show up?

Whenever I post something on a wall of a facebook page that I have Liked, the post doesn't show up on the page's wall. Why is this? Why won't it show up?

Sign in to Facebook. Click on your name in the top navigation menu to open your Facebook profile page.

Find the wall post that you want to publish in Facebook news feed threads.

Click the “Share” link under the post title and content. Click the “down-arrow” icon in the upper right corner of the Share dialog box to open the audience selector tool.

Select “Friends” from the drop-down list to ensure Facebook publishes the post to your friends’ news feeds. Select “Public” from the drop-down list to allow any Facebook user to view the post. If you choose this option, Facebook might also display the post in search results as well as the news feed on Facebook Pages with content relevant to the subject of your post. Select “Custom” to share your post on the news feeds of a more limited audience comprised of certain friends.

Click the blue “Share” button to implement the changes.
