My facebook page never loads properly. It always loads https://www.facebook.com/#!/?

Why does it keep loading this way. It usually messes up my chat and I have to continually keep refresshing until I get a normal url without the characters. Is there something I need to do to keep this from happening? It's very frustrating AND you can't get any help with facebook.
I've done the deleting of history and still haveing this problem.

Try deleting your history and maybe restarting your computer again.
