How to get instagram account back?

so today i opened up instagram on my phone and it showed the login screen, which i thought it was odd since whnever i open up instagram it goes straight to my feed. I typed in my username and password,and after that when i pressed the button to log in, a litttle red banner came down,and it said something about securing my account and they need me to press i forgot my password and i thought that was wierd, so i tried to log in again and it said the same thing and i tried everything to get into my account. I dont have a facebook to link with my account and everytime i press "send email", i never got one, so i think that someone hacked my account, and changed my email and password. so can someone please help me?
