Facebook Background, want to remove?

A friend of mine is having a problem. Ever since he clicked some ad om Facebook he has this background on his profile. On my end it seems normal, but when I look at his profile thru his he got a background. A different friend said that there was a privacy issue and that it should be located with the apps. We go to the apps and see that Developer has been used recently. He never used it. So we try to remove it as an app but couldn't locate it. Any one got a solution? Anything can be useful thanks!!
