Go to ur search bar & type: create, you'll get options chose: create new facebook page.

You can create a new one from http://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php

Well, go to a fan page on facebook and at the top right corner you will see "create a page" then click on it, there will be a number of choices of your fan page is about that you will have to do, then type in your fan page name, that's it, you created your own fan page on facebook, you can then upload/take photos and put them on your fan page, I've did this a lot of times - trust me, its easy
