How can I get rid of this weird greeting card app on Facebook!? 10 points :)?

Hello, thank you for your time.

I accidentally started using an app on Facebook that randomly sends greeting cards to all of my friends (happy chinese new year cards, happy spring cards, etc,). I'd really love it to STOP! Does anyone know how to make it? ^_^;

I tried going to the application, but there are no setting options or anything. Or if there are, they're buried beneath layers of pop-ups x_x

go to Account in the top right of Facebook.
click on Privacy Settings.
look bottom left, click 'Edit your settings' under Apps and Websites.
first one should be 'Apps you use', click Edit Settings button.
look for the app and click the 'x' to the far right of it, that'll delete it.
