Facebook privacy settings?

How do i change the privacy settings on mu facebook page?? I hit the little lock Next to the home button and i click who can see my future posts and try to change it but above friends it just says friends of friends. How do i make them public and also the same with photos. I can make them friends of friends but not public. How do i get them to be public!? Please help!
That is what i did! I clicked who can see future posts but it only says custom, friends of friends and friends! Public is not an option! Help!

go to the privacy option then it said who can see your future post ? then u can edit it and choose public ...!!!

G to Privacy Settings from your profile, you will see three button, public, friends, custom, select the “Public” button, this will enable public button on your options. If you are below 18 years of age, then Facebook doesn’t give you the option of making your updates public.

Where are my privacy settings?

To view and adjust your settings, click in the upper-right corner of many pages and select Account Settings.

To control the privacy for posts, photos and other stuff you share on your timeline, you can choose your audience right when you post.
