How can i delete my personal page on Facebook without deleting my group page?

I created a personal facebook page for my organization, but i was told that creating a group page is better. So, i created a group page through the same account my personal page is under. Is there anyway I can delete the personal page without loosing all of my friends and my group page

No, the group page is run through your profile page. If you deleted your profile everything attached with it would go too (groups, videos, friends, photos, etc.)
