How do you know if an app need wifi or not?
Because on my phone I can only get on like twitter and Instagram when I'm on wifi and games!!! But when I do t use wiffi for those it runs the phone bill up so how do you know??? Because I want to get on apps and stuff when I'm not able to assess wiffi!!!

Any app that accesses the internet requires wifi or cellular data, so instagram, twitter, facebook, all need the web.

Many games won't require the net once you have the app downloaded.
