Twitter account with 76k active followers? What should I do with it?

I have a twitter account with 76,000 followers, the majority are real and active. I'm not sure what to do with the account. Been offered money for it but I'd rather keep it to see if I could build the followers or make money from it myself. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?

I don't see how else you would make money from it, but make sure you know what your giving up and what you're getting out of it in proportion to each other.

Which ever is more attractive to you. Make sure you get enough money from whoever you sell it to if you choose to do this; twitter may be worth no money but there's a lot someone could do with that account. As I said before, just make sure you know what you're giving up.

Also, how are you getting this money? I wouldn't want to give out any important and person details to a stranger. If it is someone offline, perhaps cash would be an easier option. Which ever you are comfortable with!!
