How do you create a PHP popup window? Not for Ads. Like Twitter.?
If you go on Twitter and you click on someones name a popup comes up and it says Profile Summary. How would I do something like that? Where it can contain an HTML form. Do i need *Java*?
Modal window. Should I use JQuery? or any other client side.

Use jQuery for it--it will be the easiest. Plus there are tons of tutorials on the internet for doing just this.
