scrabble on facebook problems?

I don't know what has happened, but I can no longer play scrabble on facebook (exc. USA and Canada).

I installed the latest Adobe Flash Player and still cannot play it. It loads and says (40 seconds remaining), it counts down to 0, and the advertisement appears throughout the 40 seconds (which makes me think that the flash player is working)... but once it gets to 0 the screen goes white and all I can see is the "invite" button and the other advertisements and facebook stuff where they normally would be, everything is there except the scrabble screen!! Searched everywhere on the internet to resolve it but can't find any solution.

Please help
I'm using the latest version of Firefox, but I have tried in IE and the same thing happens
