Whyyy isnt my facebook letting me change my profile picture?

Ahh its sooo annoying, my facebook isnt letting me change my profile picture iv tried logging out and back in. And still nothing it either says cannot connect. or is just blank. What should i do...well what can i doo ??? pleasseeee help cause now im stuck with nooo profile picture :'(

Facebook is having some connection issues lately so I think it's an error why you can't change your profile pic.. I hope facebook can resolve this asap..

turn your computer on then off again, or try it on another computer.♥

Sometimes it just takes a while for it to come up. You might need to restart your computer because it might be an internet connection issue. But it should come up soon.
