On Myspace or Facebook

Myspace Just Go to your Settings Page and you Can Change your Name From There

Facebook

Go to Account Settings Where it Says Name Hit Change

If you Changed it More than 3 Times it Will Not Let you Change it Again

Also It May Take up to 24 hours Sometimes For a New Name Change to Take Effect
