Facebook account banned, how to unbanned my facebook account?

You answered your own question. You posted porn. That broke the rules. You are still proud of it announcing that your friends liked it. If you want a facebook account you have to play by their rules. As to getting another account, they have no reason to trust that you won't try it again. You need to write to them and ask what conditions you have to meet for a new account. Find out if there is a period of time you are banned for or if once banned forever banned. Don't write to them asking why as you already know. Don't argue with them. Apologize and if you are reasonable rather than argumentative you will have a better chance. I'll look up some of their policies and see if I can find out more.

Facebook has their own rules, and they can enforce them as they choose. The account belongs to them, not to you.

I don't know, may be they have admins, or some one who's job is to watch new images, or some of your friends didn't like it and reported it/you?
Anyway I don't know how you can unbanned your account, but there might be some link like "if you think this is wrong click here" or something like that.
