Can you hide groups on Facebook?

Is there a way to hide the Groups your in from friends on Facebook?
Thanks Hardik, but there isn't a "Connecting on Facebook" option.
There's one called "How you Connect" but it doesn't have the options you list - it's just got:
"Who can look up your profile",
"Who can send you friend requests",
"Who can send you Facebook messages",
"Who can post on your wall?" and
"Who can see Wall posts by others on your profile>"

Log in to Facebook

On the upper right hand side of the screen, click “Account”

A dropdown will appear – click “Privacy Settings”

On the top of the page that follows, you will see an area entitled Connecting on Facebook – click “View Settings”

Look all the way down the page for See your like, activities and other connections – on the dropdown click “Custom”

Under Make this visible to – click “Only Me”
