My facebook friends keep getting erased for no reason!?

Since a few days ago my facebook has been acting up. My friends list keep decreasing for no reason...just two,the same two every time. I must also say that i opened a suspicious looking message from another friend on facebook a short time before this started to happen. I re-added them,they accepted and say they never deleted me in the first place nor did I delete them, accidently or otherwise. Could a virus in the suspicious looking message have caused all this to happen????

You need to contact Facebook for help. I think you should hang out with your friends in person, so that you don't feel left out on the internet.
