how to stop from receiving notification mail from facebook?

i want to stop or disable the notification mail from facebook to my email account,,,i always online facebook,so i think i dont need the notification email to my email account,,,,its hard for me to manage my email inbox because the email im useing for fb is my priority email,,,,my inbox almost full bcoz of it,,,,lol

hit edit my profile then click contact information ( and dont worry u dont have to remove anything )
then click add or remove emails then click the bar that says notification then theres a long list of stuff for what they notify u about so just click on what u dont want to be notified on
