Recently joined tinder app just for fun and have been talking to this guy who lives near me. He asked me why i am using the app and just explained to him that my friend downloaded it for me the other day so figured that it would be fun for a little.

He said he joined cause he's open to just talking or meeting up with someone for fun. Then he asked me if I would be open to meeting up with a guy on here to fool around and hook up. Is he testing me? What should I say that it depends on the guy Im open to meeting up with someone for fun but not to hook up or anything? (I feel like that sounds so lame haha)

Since we have mutual friends on facebook I was thinking it may be okay to meet him in a bar if my friends come too? First time doing this so wanted advice
