it might be on a server that is undergoing maintenance - when that happens, it usually goes back to normal after a few hours

there are other possibilities tho - they might be reviewing it to see if you have broken any rules, like using a fake name, lying about your age, or creating multiple accounts - as long as you havent broken any of their rules, you should be fine by tomorrow
