Does Blackberry Mobile notify you when you get a notification from FaceBook?

I've been having a Facebook poke war with a friend and every time i poke her, she immediately pokes me back within 5 minutes which i can't imagine shes always on fb on her computer at the right time i poke her. But recently I heard she has blackberry mobile and i was wondering if she gets notifications from facebook like a text message saying i just poked her which then she can instantly poke back? let me know and thanks!

You get the facebook app and it does so you know right when something happens.

Yes, if you set your phone up with facebook, it will send you a notification if you get something new.
Ie: Poke, Friends Request, Message ect. But only if you chose it to notify you when you get that update.
Edit: Also, all you need to do is go to your account settings put your phone number in, it will text you a pin number to enter. (I think) and then you enter it. It does not charge.

I think it only notifise you when you like tell it to. I mean, you could probably go to all your information, or the poke war page and it would ask you if you wanted it to text u when u got a poke or watever.
