When girls tweet One Direction, what does the number at the end of the tweet stand for?
It's just something random I've noticed, like: Liam, follow me! xx 11
Or something like that. Is it their age, or? It's just puzzling me, and I hate being confused so...any help would be much appreciated Ads |

It doesn't stand for anything, but on twitter you can't send the exact same tweet over and over again (because that is spamming) so they basically just puts some random numbers at the end so the tweet wont be exactly the same and whoop whoop they have raised the chance by being noticed by Liam Payne...!

They do it to get noticed, they can't tweet exactly the same thing more than once, so they add numbers/letters to the end so it will appear in the celebrities mention box more often & hopefully meaning they will follow/retweet them (:

I believe the number refers to the tweeters favorite One Direction song and member. For example 11 would be Harry Styles and What makes you Beautiful while 47 would be the guy who sings and there song about love

The band focuses most of it's efforts on the sexual feelings of young minor girls to make themselves a fortune...Despicable!

It doesnt mean anything really , on twitter you can send the same tweet so say you say "liam follow me" you cant send that tweet again so they put numbers next to it to make it a different tweet
