Do Stephenie Meyer's pages in Facebook really belong to her?
I've visited some pages in facebook claiming to be Stephenie's.
such as this: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Stephenie-...4757792258 or a few else. do have any idea whether they belong to her or not? Ads |

If she has facebook, I'd imagine there'd be a link to it from her official website. The rest are just posing for whatever reason.

no they're not. if you go onto her website (stepheniemeyer.com) it says that she doesnt have any facebook pages or myspace pages

NO. She was just on Yahoo! talking about she is not on any social networking site. These are impostors.

This page does not belong to her. If you look at the 'about me' box below her picture, it clearly states "This is a fan made page." If she did have a Facebook, I would imagine it would be private, or if she did want people to see it, she would give a link on her website.

She officially announced last week that she got rid of her MySpace page. This means anything with her name in MySpace, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network is a fake.

It was a lot of fun while it lasted, and I really miss the early days when I could hang out with people online. Many of you are hilarious and insightful, and I wish it was easier for me to talk to everyone the way I used to. With the myspace no longer in existence, I can now clearly state that—beside than this website—there is no other outlet where I communicate with people online. I do not have a facebook page, and I have never had one. I don't do twitter. So if you're communicating with someone online that you think is me, it's not. Hope you all are having a great summer so far! If you're looking for some beach reading, you might try Rick Riordan's Percy Jackson and the Olympians series if you haven't already. No they are not hers. The only one she did have was a myspace, but on her website http://www.stepheniemeyer.com she posted on June 4 that she was taking down her myspace page and that was the only page she had anywhere on the internet so anyone claiming to be her on facebook or anywhere else on the internet was lying.
