how to make a fan page and a group on facebook?

I'm trying to create a group and a fan page on my facebook account but I can't figure out how to do it.

Does anybody have a step by step tutorial for it???

Click Profile at the top.
Click Info from your profile.
Scroll to the bottom and to the right of Groups, click See All.
Click "Create a group" at the top of that page.

Just make sure there aren't a thousand groups already like it.
