How to give a Facebook group a direct link?

So I've searched EVERYWHERE for this and can't seem to find the answer, but I know there must be a way.
I have just created a new Facebook group for my company, not a fan page to "like" (we have one of those, but its not very useful to us) but a group that you can add members to, etc.

Right now the groups link is facebook.com/home.php. and then tons of numbers and symbols. The whole URL is about 100 characters. We need to be able to link people to our Facebook page on flyers, ads, etc. so we can't copy and paste that type of URL!

How do you get your link customized so it's just facebook.com/companyname ??? I know you can do it with personal profiles and other pages, so there has to be a way with groups!
Someone please help me out!!!
NOT custom link for a profile or a "like" page, but for a group.

Go here http://www.facebook.com/usernames from here you should be able to make a url for your group
