Why did he stop responding while we were chatting on Facebook?
Hello guys.
So I "met" this guy online and we exchanged FB contacts. The next day he texted me first (I waited on purpose to see if he would have actually texted me after we met). We keep chatting for a while and then he suddenly respond slower, after 5 mins and then 15 mins, so when I saw he was doing that I responded to one his messages "oh ok I got it Smile"(I got what he said). So after that he said: "yeep what are you doing cute one WinkSmileTongue" and I answered what i was doing and i asked him the same. Plus I asked him if he had a Skype name. And then he stopped replying. I later said: you there........?
And he looked at the messages but didn't respond. It has been only one day, but still I think that's rude. Or maybe as many guys are, he didnt care: in that moment he was bored so he texted me and then he found something else to do and didn't respond to me. Or he was just bored about the conversation. It's just that 10 hours after he went off and on Facebook, that's why I don't understand.
He was at home.
Yeah maybe I am moving too fast, but still things should be easier, it feels like I'm walking on eggshells trying to do the perfect move.

could be he was texting from work, could be he was texting from home and his wife or gf caught him and got mad, could be he was in the car traveling so had his mind on other things, could be he was in class and needed to pay attention, etc. But when someone ignores an invite to skype then that has several meanings, if someone runs away from it they're not that social of a person or they didn't have plans to have the texting get any more than just texting, or you are moving way too fast.

I understand the feeling. Some people may think differently but I've never thought facebook was the place to hook up with someone. Theres always problems and other peeps in your business. Also watch out for bots. They have gotten bad over facebook the past year. If I were you, I wouldnt get worked up bout this as theres millions of other great guys out there for you. I'd watch it on facebook though as theres that chance that who your talking to might not be who he says he is.
