Instagram is now on android, is that possible that instagram available on playbook right now?

No. While some (not all) Android applications can be converted to run on Playbook 2.0, this requires the developer to do the conversion and submit the app to Blackbery for approval. While not a difficult or long process it does take time. Since Instagram was just released for Android it will be at least a few weeks before yo can expect to see Instagram for Playbook (if ever).
