what can I do with this?
my name is rickyjohnson478 on Twitter I make Photoshop images of celebrities who do I talk to to get them turned into wallpapers and sold worldwide the pictures are in my Twitter s photos thanks

Celebrity (or any other) photos that you find online are NOT yours to take.

Changing them in Photoshop makes no difference, they are still not yours.

If you just play around for your own enjoyment, you can usually get away with it, but you most certainly can't SELL or distribute them
